RANCH RAISED BEEF

We take pride in raising our beef on the family ranch and lease pastures that we have the opportunity of improving through grazing. Our beef is mostly raised on grass, however through the winter we supplement with an oat, pea, flour mixture just to give them a little boost during the cold months.

 

We strive to provide a great product at a cost that won't break the bank.

 

We give as few vaccines to our animals as possible, while making sure they are healthy and happy.

Our beef is available either by the side ( 1/4, 1/2, or whole),
or by the pound (just like at the grocery store). By the side is only available at certain times (call for availability). By the pound is available all of the time (cuts may vary).

By the pound pricing-
Ground beef $4.50 per pound             Steaks (price depends on cut)$6.50-$10.00 per pound
Roasts(price depends on cut)$6.50-$10.00 per pound               Stew meat- $5.00 per pound
Short Ribs- $5.00 per pound               Soup bones- $2.50 per pound

By the side pricing- Our by the side pricing is paid on Hanging Carcass Weight(HCW). We charge $5.00 per pound HCW. This pricing includes the processing fees(specialty cuts may be charged extra). A non refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
